Highland Heathers Ltd is a wholesale nursery that was established in 1978 as Inverliever Nurseries by Ian and Val Willis who had previously run a successful Garden Centre and pot plant nursery in England. Highland Heathers Ltd is now owned by their son Nigel.

In 1987 we took over Highland Heathers Ltd of Achahoish and took the opportunity to change the name of the company from Inverliever Nurseries to Highland Heathers Ltd, in 1995 we took over Bargullian Nurseries to enable us to increase our production capacity. Now operating from 4 sites in Argyll with just over 40 staff, Highland Heathers produces over 2 million plants annually in a range of varieties. These plants are sold to a large number of independent Garden Centres throughout the UK with sales also made to Holland, Germany.

We also quote and supply to the Landscaping trade.
